Funds may not cover the order, or command is lower than the minimum (5 USD).
Alternatively it is possible that some of the funds saved orders for Bitcoin and there isn't sufficient balance for additional orders.
Note! Status command is invalid, but the order is still active; just as soon as circumstances permit (deposited funds, for example) the command will be executed.
