When you sign up in BtcEX, it requests an OTP code to login in the first time:

1. Sign up with your name & email address.

2. Verify account send form BtcEX. (NOTE: if you can't get email please search it in Promotions or Spam folder)

3. Go to Sign in page again enter login detail.

4. Go to your email again there is an OTP email send to you. (Please click Promotions or Spam or newsletter if you can not find in Inbox)

5. Enter 6 digital code form email you will success login in BtcEX.
